TENDERING & BID MANAGEMENT

To prepare detailed material and workmanship specifications in accordance with Building Regulation, Requirements and applicable standards.
To prepare detailed drawings to be included with tender documents.
To provide general Conditions of Contract, Tender form's, Instructions to Bidders and other relevant documents and compile a consolidated Tender document by organizing all these documents in a sequential order, in active discussions with the client.
To assist client in the pre-qualification process and provide rating to the contractor profiles.
To prepare Comparative statement, both Technical and Commercial and provide recommendations on the bids received for various packages.
To appraise and report on tenders submitted by other vendor's.
To assist client in negotiation with tenderers.
